We are two houses down from this beautiful park with amazing views of the Estrella Mountains. There is grass, trees, two playgrounds and three covered pavilions. Our community hosts wonderful (free) events here every Easter and Christmas, plus other fun events throughout the year.

Our home.

Our particular elevation boasts the biggest, tallest porch.

Our front porch in Spring.

Come on in! Decorated for fall. Notice the upgraded tile entryway and tall niche when you walk in.

Another view of the entryway (with our picture gone):

The front room. My husband calls it "The Christmas Room" because our tree goes in here every Christmas. I call it "The Morning Room" because it receives beautiful morning light due to it's east exposure.

The other corner of the front room.

The "pony wall" opens into the dining area and makes it feel nice and open.

Moving on to the great room, this is the dining area.

Here's the view from the kitchen...

...and from the back of the house to the front.

Beyond that is the family room. The "bump out" is big enough for a large entertainment center. Sliding glass doors lead onto the covered back patio.

Looking out from the family room. There's an exterior door from the master bedroom, too.

The back of the house from the yard {decorated for a tea party}.

OK, back inside to the great room. This kitchen was the largest of all the models for this builder. Here's the view from the family room:

Notice the upgraded cabinets with crown molding.

View from the hall:

It also has the upgraded tile floor.

Here's another view. Notice the double doors....

...the doors lead into the den. This is a nice, large room that could easily be a fourth bedroom. For now, it is my husband's offfice.

Here is the guest bathroom. It has an extra-long counter and high windows. The upgraded tile floors and cabinets continue in here. There's a lot of storage under there!!

Take a left down the hall and you arrive at the first bedroom. It's our craft room/guest room currently. The walls are gorgeous shades of orange and aqua.

Looking back toward the door.

At the end of the hall is the laundry room, which connects to the garage. It also has the upgraded tile floor.

On the other side of the bathroom is the second bedroom, currently our son's room. It's a very nice shade a blue.

At the other end of the hall is the master suite. It's quite large, big enough for our massive king-size bed. It has three windows, plus the door leading onto the back patio.

It has a door leading onto the back patio.

It has an en suite bath...

...and is quite roomy as well. There are the upgraded tile floor and cabinets in here, too.

Plus a separate shower and garden tub.

You can even peek into the master bedroom walk-in closet.

Here's heading down the hall from the master.

And thus concludes the tour! Thank you for dropping by!
